个人简历
1983年9月至1996年3月，在清华大学环境工程系攻读学位，并获得了学士、硕士和博士学位。本科毕业获优良毕业生称号。曾于1994年5月起被聘为清华大学讲师。1994年5月至1995年6月作为访问学者赴法国巴黎里昂水务集团国际水与环境研究中心从事研究工作。从1987年起，主要研究课题为高负荷生物接触氧化污水处理新工艺、污水处理生物稳定塘工艺、膜生物反应器用于生活污水的处理及中水回用、海水淡化、饮用水处理工艺及水质分析等等。
1996年4月至当年12月，就职于清华紫光集团环境工程公司，期间曾借调到国家环保局外经办工作。
1996年12月至1997年12月，受聘于澳大利亚首都地区水电公司（Australian
Captial Territory Electricity and Water Co., Ltd），从事污水回用技术开发。
1997年12月至1999年4月，获聘新加坡国立大学土木工程系研究员，从事海水淡化及污水回用方面的研究。
1999年4月至1999年9月，转赴香港大学土木工程系从事污水处理技术研究。
1999年9月至2002年5月，受邀加入澳门自来水有限公司，担任化验研究中心经理。
2001年9月至今，兼任澳门自来水公司健康与安全委员会主席
2002年6月，擢升为澳门自来水有限公司副总经理,全面负责原水调度、水厂生产和自动化、管网调度、水质分析检验、生产安全、公司总体规划及投资计划、与有关政府部门的沟通等等方面的工作。
2001至2002学年，受聘（兼职）为澳门大学科技学院研究生开设"水与废水处理原理及应用"课程（英文授课。注：本人法文读、说、听力亦可）。
2002年苏伊士集团旨在培训集团内高级管理人才的"Being A Global Player Program" 成员。
2008年升任执行董事。
